Finally "finished" my rig! Thank you PBB!
I learned a lot from the PBB, and also made some of my largest purchases from vendors. I just wanted to pass on a big thank you to the three main vendors I spent time with.
Sean at Performance Off-Road Systems for my Full hydro steering setup. I spent a lot of time with Sean on the phone, weekends, night time. He was always willing to point me in the right direction. He is a great guy, and I would and do reccomend him to everyone that checks out my steering setup. John from Stazworks. We spent a lot of time sending CAD drawings back and forth before I decided on a design. He was always willing to tweak the design a bit, which was impressive with how busy he is as a buisnessman. Dave at Polyperformance. I know that a lot of people spend more money with this vendor than I did. I bought my Sway A Ways from him almost three years ago. I finally got the Jeep rolling, and one of them leaked! I found some pitting in the shaft, but was way outside of my warranty. I passed some pics on to Dave, and he conviced Sway A Way to help me out. Dave also stayed late a work a couple times to help me out with design, and to place some small orders. A lot of times Dave is viewed as someone who only deals with the "big guys" directly, but I can tell you this is not true. Also, thank you to TPIJeep, GOAT, CJLagos and all the others that I sent PMs back and forth with for so long when designing my suspension. The Jeep itself is not totaly where I wanted it to be before the first trip, but after five years of all the money and time I could afford, it is time to take it out to Moab, we leave this wednesday, I would love to meet any of my friends from PBB out there. If anyone is going to be there, please flag me down, and lets go hit the rocks! Here is a couple poser pics from a proud excited owner. ![]()

Congratulations man... Building a rig is kind of like waiting on a kid to be born (but more expensive, and there is generally less secks involved since the wife, mine anyway, goes to bed hours before I come in from the garage...) ANYWHO - Sharp rig!!

Its difficult to get the whole view with the aluminum on top, here are some old pics. Also, I had to make some changes (ie the raised center of the rear) to give my daughter some head room. As she was concieved and born while the rig was being built! ![]()

yeah I didnt want it to be so big..... I was kind of forced to because of the front leafs. Untill I can change the front out to coils, I have to keep it that big. The leafs are only 1.5 inch lift alcans....

I just want to know what size spare that is and how long it takes to get up there? Its cool for a jeep i guess, i just finished reading a thread about how jeeps are in the top 5 for being driven by a gay guy...

39.5 IROK, with that wheel it weighs about 140lbs. It takes about 30 seconds to get it up there.
You know about the same amount of time it takes you to "finish"
