Atm Shorted Me 20 Bucks

so i stopped at the atm this mourning with the guy a car pool with. its not my banks atm but i had to get money to put in my share for gas, sso i get out 60, walk over to my ride and give him a 20, then i notice that i only have a 20. after checking the machine to see if i just didnt grab it i ask my ride if maybe i gave him 2 20's on accident. hes like yeah u did, cool no problems. 20 minutes later he looks at me and says i dont think u gave any money. so ? is should i call the store i used it at my bank or the machines bank thanks

my ride is clueless, all the time, if the bastard would have told me that i only we gave him 1 20 , i think i mite have a chance to get ot back, but know its just my word vs theres. i wish i could go off on him , but then i would lose my ride to work. fu^%%^*

Call the bank. Unless you have a history of calling in with strange claims they will most likley just credit your account the $20 and be done with it.

This is also why when I take money out, count it right there, the camera they have (if working

) can record the amount if it come to it.

Call the bank. They can tell how much was in it before you made your transaction, and the exact amount that was in it AFTER you made your transaction. Pretty cut and dry.
