My Ex bitch stole my dog!!!!!
Layinb the ground work:
So my in my property division agreement it states that of the time of signing (1-5-05) that my ex has already removed anything in the house that she desired and that she removes all interest in anything residing at (previous address). Because Im a dumb ass and a nice guy I continued to allow her to see him off and on for upto 5 days or so at a time. She would bering him home and she always takes good care of her. I tried to be civil with her and her new husband (my "buddy" that she fawked for 2 years during our marriage) but since I have gotten a girl friend and gotten engaged she has turned psycho again. I went wrong it sounds like when I allowed her to see him becasue then it appears to be joint customdy, which was NEVER the agreement.... she says verbal, I say show the judge. I told her as polite as possible as well as the sheriff deputy told her that if she has a civil matter that she needed to go to court and fight it there not continue to harrass me. The problem began that everytime she returned him shed start shit and call and cause problems and I said please cool it and limit it to just pick up drop off and she didn't. I then set up a deal with her husband thast fine if they wanted to see him for a bit that was ok but it would be him to come get her and no more drama/harassment/anything from her. with in 40 minutes I get a shitty text. I called him said don't bother im not doin this no more. DONE..... PLEASE go to court and we'll see what a judge says. The deputy contacted her twice and said do not call do not go to there property do not contact him, just go to court. She also aproached my fiance in town and gave her a bunch of shit about how she should be able to see Brewtus, blah, blah, blah. So yesterdays events: My fiance and I left at 10 to go to town. I ran errands until 1....... my truck was out in front of the bar in town very visable so she knew I wasn't home. She went on the property, opened the door, and removed brewtus from the home........ BURGLARY! I called and filled a report and said I have my past licensing that shows that he is mine and regaurdless of him being listed on the property agreement or not hes licensed to me. I called sheriff (nevada county) dispatch at 4:30 after I got home and realized he was missing and my friend said "dude last week at the bar (same bar) she said if she knew you werent home she was gonna take him I didn't know she was serious!" After filing the report the deputy said that she can't cross county line even though the Ex stated that she indeed has Brewtus....... So i drive to colfax, she said to contact placer county, and I didn;t wanna wait 3 more hours to be contacted so I found an officer he said he couldn't do anything as the report was filed in Nevada County and he can't go bustin down door just cause I say heres whats up....... OBVIOUSLY, which is why i didnt understand why the first deputy didnt go. So he recomend that I contact her again state that I spoke with placer and was hoping she could follow up and if not to aask for her supervisor. She again stated she cant cross county line and so I spoke with her Seargent. Placer deputy as well as a retired Deputy friend said the filing officer was being lazy and that she a peace officer of the state of california and had jurisdiction in california. The Seargent sent her and a placer deputy to her home were the did see the dog.......... Heres the catch as to why I didn't get my dog back, The bitch went down 3 weeks ago and added her name to his license, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW. She has a different last name. WHY DID PLACER ANIMAL CONTROL ADD HER??????? They open at 9am and its now 8:45. Guess whos gettin as call or me walkin in? They are filing a burglary with the D.A. I am fighting this to its full, we have mutual friends and they're all disgusted at her. I took 50K in debt in the divorce bought her a car and gave her shit outta the house. I never wanted it to turn bad but I can only control my side. READY FOR WW3? Heres a question for those who may know. A pottery wheel that was being stored at my fathers residence (placer county) was taken from a shed. I just noticed it missing. Im pretty sure she took it as she had inquired about it. Can I file a report on theft of that or am i just wasting my time. If shes a suspect will they go to her and look or not if its not in plain site?

If the dog is still licenced to you as well, why don't you just bust down the door, take your dog, and leave.
What are the police going to do? Arrest you for driving around with your own dog? Oh yeah. And since you stated that you bought her a car, ... can you sell it on her? lol

Ya at this point im am worried of the toll to my Fiance. Im gonna offer to her that if she pays for the past expences for the past year and 5 month that I will sign him over to her.... At $39.99 a bag for food and he eats a lil over a bag and a 1/2 a month its $1,040 in food plus vet and misc. I can then use this money to file the restraining order putting to end her drama.

When the ex girl left she wanted my pug.. Pretty much told her i know people and it was I keep the dog or she owns a car full of cow shit....at least once a month...for the next ten years.

I understand you are thinking about your current family in making it easier. But I would have to get my dog back. There is no way I could give him up, especially like that, then the bitch will think she won. God only knows what she might try next.
