Arrow Arb Safari Snorkel...on An 87 4runner

ARB SAFARI SNORKEL

installed on an 87 4runner, but never used.

snorkel is complete EXCEPT for the flex tube that connects snorkel to the airbox...(this model does not ship with one for some reason)

-snorkel has a few scratches on the tube that goes into the body, due to a few sharp metal edges on the fender metal during my install. the outside body of the snorkel is just fine though.

will include...

-snorkel body
-air ram top
-assorted hardware for install(nuts, bolts, hose clamps, etc.
-template (if i can find it)

PRICE....250.00(price reduced)...NO SHIPPING, COME PICK IT UP

Cool. In case you didn't notice the Rattle Kann Kustoms, Jed is my best friend & wheeling buddy. We've both recently aquired 4runners ourselves.

I've actually just come into a few dollars that I can spend on my truck. The snorkel and the bumper just aren't my style. I might be looking for a winch though. Did you do any reasearch on the Ramsey? I don't really know anything about it. Got any links to make me decide?

yah, the bumper is a personal thing.
i have to admit, that one of my reasons was the look...lol ....but also the winch sits feet forward, rather than feet down, spreading the load more evenly than allpro's or marlins bumpers...

also, i was looking for something to help protect from deer/elk strikes...(notice i said, "help"...hehe..those are big fawking animals!!)

here's a link with all the specs for the winch http://www.sams4x4store.com/index.html

as far as the winch goes...

-its permanent magnet, but i like the low amp draw, cuz i didn't want to fork over the green for a duel battery setup or high-output alternator.

-i prefer ramsey's engage/disengage assembly rather than the lil lever on WARN's...

-it's made in america, not like milemarker/tmaxx/HF crap...its a totally different winch....

those were my main reasons...

regards
brian
