I looked it up and its going to be more then the cost of a new pipe bender from HF. Sorry. These would make great deals for anyone picking them up.

Bender ?
Hb heres a bump for Ya and ? on your bending of that double pipe bumper. I have never gotten a radius bend like you have there with a HF bender. Did you sand fill the pipe prior to bending? I have even tried the really heavy wall stuff and all I managed was breaking the welds on the lower legs or flattening the radius. What advise do you have for me? And last time I tried I couldn't couldn't put a bent on the pipe when I hit it with some .120, pipes worked for me!! .................Mo in CA

Those are 90* bends on the corners of the bumper. I didnt do anything special. Its 40gauge pipe and just taking my time.

Did you keep pull the pipe further the bend and did you lube the die to minimize scarring? .....mo

Yeah, i still have the bender. Its a pipe bender. I think you have to grind out one of the dies to bend tube with it. There is a bunch of info on tube/pipe bending on the board.
