Fawking brother in law

Story is brother in law has been in and out of jail his whole life. Well my wife and I ended up with his two and a half year old daughter that has been in foster care since she was 1 month old

the brother called us up before his last stint in the pokey to let us know that his daughter was in foster care and that the state of Arizona was taking away his child (turned out he never had her). We decided that we would establish guardianship and get her out of foster care

well the state informed us of the situation and told us it would be better for us to pursue adopition, which we are in the process of.
Well fast forward to last night. We get this phone call , turns out he is in Lodi and is planning on stopping in and visiting

and wants to tell this little girl that he is her daddy and then leave to Washington. So we ask him not to stop by and mess this little girl up more than she already is, she is just getting settled in to the home life and working out her abandenment issues. We have been very clear with him that he is not allowed at our house unless he has his life in order, no drugs, drinking and not on probation/parole. Turns out he has been drinking or doing drugs and left Arizona with out getting clearance from his parole officer

. Well he tells us that he is not going back to Arizona and that he plans on showing up last night. Well he knows that he is not welcome to our house due to the decisions that he is making. We tell him not to come till he has his life in order and he starts getting irate and yelling that we have no right to keep him away from his daughter and hangs up.
Well know i am fired up and the wife calls the sheriff gets the run around from them and I break out the 44 mag. No way this fawker is coming to my house to start some shit. Well he must have thought that it was not a good decision to show up. It is going to be a long weekend wondering if this asshat is going to show up.

Since I took the time to read your rant, I feel I have earned the right to point out the pre-conceived notions that a title like "Fawking brother in law", from a guy named trannyboy, conjurs up.

No legal access to kid state of Arizona took those away. The mom has 6 other kids in foster care or adoptive care and has another kid on the way. She wants nothing to do with any of her kids just interested in partying and poppomg out kids

don't have a problem with him being involved with his kid when he can be a decent member of society. Till then yes i will always wonder when he is going to show up but i refuse to let this dictate how i am going to live my life.

your Wife is now that Little girl's Mommy.

YOU are a saint.

YOU can give that little girl a normal life.

It is pretty obvious that neither her dad or mom are fit to be parents.

Adopt the little girl, and go on with life like he never existed. Be her daddy and mommy and give her a happy life.

She has NO reason to even know the difference until she is 18. THen.. and only then, you should tell her what her life's story is. She needs to know that then.. you have to be honest with her.

But props to you for being a Daddy when you didnt have to be.

Yeah, you might want to make that one of your top 5 priorities with your new little girl, because if that's still an issue by the time puberty hits, I hope you like being the proud parent of a teenage mom.

And I'm not trying to be a dick or sarcastic, I've just had enough friends that had similar issues that ended up as strippers or crack whores.

So bottom line: show her a lot of love, and start getting her involved in activities that build her self esteem as soon as she's old enough.
