Fun with Google Earth

On this cold, wet, windy day in the PNW, I was booking a hotel room in Langley, BC. I google earthed it to get a good idea of the lay of hte land..

Somehow or another, I ended up with this.

It was a bit disconcerting at first...

Hey, are Australian maps oriented with the South Pole up? Serious question..? I've never thought about it....

What about other southern hemisphere countries... does Argentina have Antarctica at the top of their maps?
