Muddin's pie
 I made Priest's recipie.  Cream cheese and sugary sweetness  I could have stopped right at this, but the recipe told me not to. "Oh the cream cheese sweetness, how I want to lick you," I thought. But, I continued on. :ironwill:  Beautiful, gorgeous white cream cheese sugary sweetness tainted with pumpkin, sour cream, vanilla, ginger, nutmeg, and probably a hair.  I had no reason not to trust Priest, so I continued to follow his directions. Oh, where is thou beautiful, gorgeous white cream cheese sugary sweetness! I added room temp eggies, one at a time, per Priest.  I am allergic to almonds (they make me gag) so I used a graham cracker crust as well as a nilla wafer crust. My cheesecake angelic whiteness was nowhere to be found. Still, I trusted Priest...shaking nervously as I put the cheesecake in...the oven ?!?  Is it safe to trust Priest? Well, *spitting crumbs on desk* tis okay. The camera wouldn't turn on fast enough before I snagged a bite of the cream cheese pumpkin sugary sweetness. Oh, pumpkin cheese cake! How I love thee!

I made one last night too
 I used Splenda instead of sugar though. Oh and I use a spring form pan and it all goes into a single cake so I would image that you would need to shorten up the baking time doing it the way you did. How long did you bake them for? Last edited by Priest; 12-07-2006 at 05:18 PM. |
