There's not enough space between that blob of spiders and my hand with a flip flop. It'd have to be at least something 3-4 feet long before I went after them.

Perhaps they would be worth scooping up somehow, then placing in someone's car as an amazing practical joke.

Cuz they are babies, they just hatched, and they are not ready to take off on their own yet. They mass together for protection... but if you nudge them, they scatter to the four winds... it is amazing to watch...

Just don't use WD-40 for the fuel and propellant of the torch... it'll leave an oily stain that's a severe pain to get rid of (don't ask me how I know...)
