why are trail gears transfer case gears cheaper than marlins?

why are they so much cheaper in price? i see that they are sold out of them for a while , and they should be for a price like that. are they of equall quality , do the come with the same parts required? anyone having problems with them that are running them? or maybe i just missed something? I use both companys products and have been happy with everything i have gotten from both, i was just wondering about the huge price difference.
