John's YJ ground up build..Stroked, Stretched, Petted.....another Koz Off Road build

Heres another YJ we are currently working on.

I will get more pictures up in the morning. The cage is mostly done, new axle is build, engine / trans / t-case will be going in very soon.

This will be a very clean / capable trail rig. John brought us a rolling chassis and from there we will complete the vehicle build. There have been quite a few changes through the building, but every one of them has been to get a finished rig that will better suite the customer needs / wants.

We changed from a spring under set up to a spring over for much better on road ride quality as well as better performing off road.

Another major change was we have built a new high pinion Dana 44 front that will make for a stronger front axle and be built correct dimensionally.

The wheel base will be stretched 1" in the front and the rear will be stretched somewhere between 1-3" depending on what the corners will allow us to go. If needed we will put one of our HD aluminum stretch tanks in.

John had the entire vehicle sprayed with (I think Rhino Lining) inside and out.
He spent a lot of time researching what he wanted and had quite the pile of nice parts for us to work with when the project was picked up. This will be a trail rig that him and his family will be hitting the trails with----hopefully in a few weeks it will be ready for a snow trip.

Very nice!!! I think I saw this build going on over on JU but I cant remember or not. That is probably one of the cleanest looking stroker engines I have ever seen! Gotta love the sleepers!!! Also could you post up a pic of the 8.8 with the truss? Im considering getting one installed on my 8.8 and wanted to get a better angle at it if you can. If not no biggie. Thanks and keep up the great work!
