so latley the neighborhood as been getting a little *ahem* dark, so to speak.


the house across the street has been broken into twice. i think both times, was cause of the teenage kids that live over there. i think the kids have pissed off others, and the pissed on kids have retailiated. neither time was the mom's stuff messed with. apparently there is a few kids that are approx 17 or so that have been cruising around the 'hood that i live in, and they are trouble. mainly they are trouble, cause they have piece of shit parents that do not raise them correctly and they dont know any better.

well im talking to my buddy in the driveway when a corolla comes flying up the road. i see a bunch of kids in the car (4). the two kids that belong to the peice of shit parents get out approx 4 houses down to where my lawn is and start walking back to their house. the driver decides his fucking lame ass is going to use my lawn as a could-a-sack

whats worse, is he did it right in front of me. over the 3-4 foot wide grass boarder that runs on the curb, over the sidewalk, into my main lawn, and back onto the street, hauling ass.

of course this makes me yell "HEY!?! WHO THE FUCK WAS DRIVING THAT CAR?!" to the kids walking to the house.

i get a bunch of lip that i cant understand, and they keep walking.
i now persue. i get up to them, and i ask again, but in a little nicer way.
me: "hey, who was that kid, and where does he live"
kid: "i don no "
me: " so you get into strangers cars and drive around with them? who was that?"
kid: "man, i aint no snitch my nigger"
me: "first off, im not your "nigger", and secondly, please drop the attitude"
kid: "man you get up all on my binnis, come frontin me, and you wan me to tell u who drivin the car? fuck you nigger"
me: "again, im not your "nigger".listen, cooler heads previal, drop your emotions at the door if you want to have a conversation with me. im not pissed at you, im pissed at your buddy who just drove through my lawn"
kid: " man i aint tellin you shit"
me: "thats cool, i hope i never see that car again"

me: " please tell him, i dont appreciate him using my lawn as a turn around, and if he would apologise, i would drop this whole conversation"
kid: walks off no aklowlegement (sp)

(seriously thats how it went, no kidding)


they walk into the house. i go survey the damage with a flashlight. yea, the lawn is compressed from the car, and there are tire marks on the sidewalk (he was going pretty fast when he did it) but no severe or permanent damage.

a few minutes later i see the parents outside moving the cars around.

i walk over to talk to the peice of shit parents

me: "hi!"
POSP: stares at me with a shitty look on his face
me: "im alex, one of your neighbors. are you the owners of two young sons?"
POSP: "maybe, why you wanna know?"
me:" well, i just watched their friend drive thru my yard to turn around, and i didnt know if you knew him. they said his name was Trey"
POSP: "i don'know nobody names Trey. someone did the same bullshit to my lawn" he points.
me: "wow. sorry to hear that. listen, i dont have any beef with your son's, they wernt driving, but their buddy trey didnt score any brownie points with me when he used my lawn to turn around on."
POSP: " what you want me to do about it?"
me: "well nothing i guess, other than your boys sure gave me a bunch of lip when i was asking about the driver"
POSP: "yea ok."
me: "i didnt catch your name?"
POSP: "rodney"
me: "nice meeting you, have a good night"




so now im worried that the POSP's kids are going to retailiate on my house/property/vehicles, cause i talked to their parents and possibly got them in trouble. if the woman didnt park her fucking nissan behind my fucking car, i would have followed that asshole and probobly did a PIT manuver on that dickhead

should i be worried? should i have called the po' po's? im confused. its not a choice on my part and i have no problem if the case comes to this: if i find them stealing my shit, or hurting/damaging something i own, they are going to be shot. plain and simple. its when im not here, and they break in my house, or slash my boggers or something im worried about.

besides bacon, fork, knife, fawking something of theirs in the ass, any suggestions?

I have the same type of problems with white kids in my neighborhood. *MY* house was broken into. The dad lives in a trailer that was condemned, and HIS parents live in the house next to mine. The dad lost custody of the son, and he's supposedly under gaurdianship of the g-parents. The son is the one I suspect of breaking into my house. He is not supposed to have contact with the dad, but he spends most of his time in the trailer. He has assaulted his grandmother numerous times. I don't know why the g-father hasn't done anything, he is still virile and big, but apparently he just doesn't care.

After finding all kinds of broken glass in my yard, finding numerous cell phones in my yard, and rocks where I mow, I quit talking to the g-parents and called the police. The kid is on his last chance (just went to boot camp) and will go to juvenille hall the next time he commits larceny or commits an assualt.

The police have been totally uncooperative and unsympathetic when I have called them. Individual patrol officers that I've talked to have hinted that they wouldn't be upset if the kid is finally killed while breaking into someone's house, but the detective that I talked to and the sheriff (yes this is a small town) have been less than concerned about the troublemaker. Even when I have expressed my fear that one of my children will be hurt or assaulted by the kid. He has expressed to his g-parents how cool he thinks it will be to go to prison and join a gang.

The tragic part of this is, my OTHER neighbor, who is full of beer and pot fueled shit, talks about how his "thousand yard stare" identified the kid as trouble since he was 3 years old. The kid has black and blue eyes on a regular basis (from his 'dad') He hasn't had a chance since he was born and now he is my problem.

My solution is to put my house up for sale next spring. :shrug: Good luck.

I live at a dead end street with a private company park next to me. Everybody thinks that rather than just pulling in and backing up, they can take the entire loop across the 3 lots I'm on and drive through the middle of my yard. They even did this while I was in the yard. I finally got pissed one day, took a 2x4, drilled holes, hammered railroad spikes in, then screwed that on top of a 4x4 and buried the lot on one side of my driveway and just used the other.

I got 4 pickups, 6 cars, and a super duty pulling a double axle boat trailer in less than a month. Oh yeah, railroad spikes>aluminum wheels.

Its funny, in houston last year there was an investigation as to why hispanics and blacks were the ones who were getting tazzed the most. Black and Hispanic leaders called it racist, whites (and anyone with a normal working brain) called it statistics.
