Her name is Alexia, a pure bred german shepherd. the father is all black and straight from germany, and the mother is from american lines and she is the more traditional black and tan. from the size of her paws and parents she is going to be one big dog.

This baffles me. Why do people consider dogs and cats members of their family? I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, I like them alot, but they are DOGS and CATS, not people.

EDIT: Couldn't have found a bigger pic could you?

a well trained dog will give its life for you. if that doesn't deserve the name family nothing does.

Agree. I just have a problem with people treating pets better than their kids. Maybe its because my sister is one of those weird lesbian cat people. She has 11 billion cats, she calls them her kids.

no this is not a kid. if it was a goat i may call it a kid. i can't stand the mommy daddy baby relationship people have with animals. but i do consider them a part of a family unit. i'm not a dog fawker, so i can't be its daddy.
