Dumpsters. Not the best place to take a nap.

The weather was pretty nasty last night, so I am guessing this guy was trying to find a dry spot to sleep.

I still maintain that darwin wouldn't miss so many if we would just let the utterly retarded (and I don't mean clinically) individuals take their own course.

Authorities identified the man as Phillip Krause, 53, and said that they think he was homeless.

Police were called to the 3000 block of Slaughter Lane on Monday around 8:50 a.m. after the truck's driver found Krause's body.

A homeless man rescued from a garbage truck two weeks ago, has been arrested for punching a 70 year old man in the face. Police say 44 year old Robert Baswell punched William Brightly in the face at the Avante Nursing Home in West Palm Beach, after Brightly confronted him about some items that were missing from his room. The victim was not seriously hurt. Baswell was recovering in the nursing home from two broken legs and cracked ribs. He suffered the injuries during an incident when he fell asleep in a trash dumpster, and was thrown into a garbage truck. Baswell spent hours there in excruciating pain, until someone heard his screams for help and he was rescued.
