The boat not running is a blessing, really! If it ran right now, the headlines would read "Stockton man kills whales with houseboat on the Delta."

Check under your car before you get on that house boat. The last dude that didn't ended up in a bit of a situation...

Just buy a new engine. Might help to have power while drifting toward the rocks pushed by the sometimes "slight" breeze on the sacramento river.

So they were both rebuilt, never run on the water, and then it loses a head gasket? Either you can't rebuild a motor, or whoever you had do it sucks ass

Which came first, air pocket because of a wheezing head gasket because of a piss poor torque wrench or a air pocket because you used a solid plate type t-stat instead of a jiggle pin style?

Plus the entire mill aint 500 lbs much less the head ya pussy. Come back and while after you pull a Universal diesel out of a sailboat using the boom while in the water.

Speaking of which, turn off the thruhull before you yank the head. *HEADLINE NEWS* Motard sunk 36 foot houseboat in a nature preserve attempting inframe engine repairs. *
