crazy kid just walked into my house

so im at the stove cooking dinner, and i turn around and see this kid ive never met before. ok, cool, im pretty easy going so i ask the kid who he is and he answers my question so fast i cant understand a word of it ( first red flag ) My youngest son walks in behind him and says this is so and so from so and so. With that the kid screams out " id really like to eat dinner with you!!!" (im talking at the top of his lungs.) Okay so now im thinking the kid is a little off, well after about 10 min ive decided this 7 y/o (who is in kindergarten btw) is a complete loon. I tell him and my son that its dinner time and his new friend has to leave.

Now, how do i tell my 8 y/o son who accepts everybody even with thier faults (because thats what i taught him) that i dont want this crazy kid around him.
Im not trying to be a jerk, but this kid really gave me a bad feeling know what i mean???
BTW there is alot more to this that would make any parent say WTF??? but you get the point.

Explain to him that it's good to accept others for who they are, but accepting them doesn't mean you have to hang out with them. Accept crazy fawkers as crazy fawkers, but accept them from a distance!

Let your son be friends and hang out with him!

In the future, the kid may need some one to stick up for him when others start giving him a hard time.

Im fine with my kids sticking up for other kids and my in fact my oldest son got in trouble for doing just that, but this kid is a different story and im even uncomfortable with him even knowing where i live. Im telling you this child is not just off, but flat out PSYCHO!!!

When I started reading this I thought you were takeing it to far, but you got to follow your instincts. If you get the bad feeling about the kid, tell your kid no more hanging with him no matter what. When down the road you hear about the kid being in trouble for killing cats or something, you will know you did the right thing.

you've gotta watch for who your kids play with............ the term one bad apple spoils the bunch is true........ all it takes is one bad influence, and your
kid can go from angle to devil pretty quick.

I would try to find out more about the kid to support your suspicions. There are different levels of looney.
My neighbor was real strange and did weird things growing up and I stopped hanging out with him because of it.Turns out he was a genius and had trouble expressing himself. He found his nitch and is making $$$$$$$ in computers now.
You never know but I guess its better to be safe than sorry.

Follow your instincts. Keep your kid away from him. Don't lie to your kid, but tell him as honestly and squarely as you think he can handle. Kids are generally smarter than they are given credit for.

Just wait until your kid grows up and starts bringing really scary loony kids to the house. My son and his co-workers showed up with a young woman who could only be described as a crack ho.

I made it very clear that I was armed and unafraid to defend myself. Just before I told this girl she had to leave and never come back, SWMBO gave one of the kid's friends a $5 bill and told him to take her to the women's shelter.

Scary!

Trust your instincts and protect your kids and family.

Meet his parents.

Who knows, his mom may be hot and crazy, which could be a good combo for some late night fun!

Where do you learn these acronyms? "She Who Must Be Obeyed" - never heard it before.
