A Father/Son Harley Trip Across America

Greetings...

One of my best friends along with his 18 year old newly graduated son have just started a classic Father/Son 45 day bike adventure heading to the east coast and and then back west again wrapping up in Sturgis in August before they head south for San Diego and home.

Riding Harleys, they've started a blog of their adventure at...

http://ride-2-live.com/archives/cate...ing-san-diego/

which details the planned itinerary and legendary unplanned stops along the way.

If you get a chance, stop by the blog and drop them a word of encouragement or wisdom.

Thanks in advance...

BTW...That's Sam on the left and John on the right. Sam will be off to Cal State Fullerton in the fall to study engineering.

I'm right by CSF, so if he needs someone to go riding with send him my way Trip sounds fun, a guy I know on another board just took his SV on a couple week long trip across the country from SD to New York. Took the southern route on the way there, flipping a coin for route decisions, and tried for the northern route on the way back but a slight family emergency made him hustle and he didn't get to explore as much as he'd hoped to. Sounds like a great trip though, maybe someday...
