So, I got pulled over by DOT..

For the last couple of months I've been hauling gas in a tanker, good job but ya gotta love the smell of Benzene in the morning. Friday morning I pull up to the stop sign and look over to see two TFC officers looking back at me. I smile and wave while the officers break out laughing... yup I'm getting pulled over.

Out into the intersection I go with them right behind me

I start gathering paperwork and such as the officers approach. My first recommendation to the officer was to have them follow me to the plant that was a quarter mile away and conduct the DOT inspection there. Reasoning to have them off the road as well as myself for everyone's safety.

After looking a few things over and the truck being almost a year old, they found no violations. While they were finishing up with the paper work I decided to make it a Kodak moment. I've been carrying the camera lately to capture interesting stuff happening around the county, today of course it paid off

Both Troopers came back to the truck to have me sign the paperwork. While signing the first Trooper ask what was it that my bumper sticker said. I broke out laughing and told him "your going to love this... but it reads I heart bacon written in Arabic"

Both of the fell out laughing and said that it was great. The one said he would have to get one of those himself and I told him no problem.. just take it off the back (it was magnetic) one condition if I could take a picture of him putting it on the SUV. NO WAY was he going to let that happen so I told him to take it anyway. They were way cool guys just doing their job and having a laugh or two.

Nope, not yet. So far, there's only been 2 ordered, but I only got it up on like Friday. Don't know the quality of the stickers either through Cafepress. I may buy one to put up in the office
