I was gonna keep my mouth shut, since I didn't examine every word on every link there, but it seemed like any other NAFTA style trucking company.

They are playing of game of Russian Roulette on America's highways. Mexico refuses to meet their end of the bargain yet President Bush rewards them with open access to American highways. It is the American driving public who will pay the consequences. Welcome to the 3rd world order!

like just the other day, where a tanker truck flipped on its side 3 blocks from my office, or the flatbed trailer that was haulling roofing shingles that shifted after the driver got hard on the brakes and the load spilled on the freeway right next to me??? or the truck i saw catch fire last year cause his brakes overheated and burned the truck and trailer down to the frame??? all US companies and drivers. now, if you'd showd pics of the actual craptacular trucks that mexico has, and not new looking rigs making dumb mistakes, then your point would be made. |

I think the big issue with out of country firms is the law suit issue, its an unknown, will they have us insurance so when they damage some one (in what every way) you can sue? will the mexico trucks use fuel taxed for us roads, meet us epa standards, if not its an automatic tax on us firms (not that they dont pay it already, but if you let company A not pay it and force company B to pay it.....) which is funny since every time I here a comparison about Gas prices they compare bumfuck Iowa gas to Comiefornia prices........ SHOCKER.......
