nothing says "i'm going to hell" like getting chased down by a gimped 90 year old yelling "go take a flying fuck" while giving you "the gesture"

i had an old man threaten to "smear me all over the pavement" once.

i was running an excavator at a job site with a post office next door. my truck was parked in the parking lot about 20 feet from where i was working. i saw some one having issues pulling into the spot next to my truck. he had made several attempts to fit into the spot. he was very close to my truck so i was watching closely. i saw my truck move as he hit it. i could tell my bumper was pushed up a bit and it wasn't that way before. i was on the clock so i didn't have much time to inspect for damage. i went out to him and asked if he knew he hit it. he said he didn't hit it and i was just trying to take advantage of an old man. i told him that i was right there and i watched him hit it. he then said he just hit the tire. i could see the bumper was definatly moved because i could fit a finger between the bumper and head light on one side and the side he hit had no gap any more. i asked to get his insurance information. he refused to and i told him that he had to or i was going to call in a hit and run. he still was not going to give it to me so i called the chp while he was still standing there. they said he has no choice and has to give his information to me. i explained to them that he was refusing and they again said he has to or it would be considered a hit and run. he still refused and i told him that i was going to report it as a hit and run if he left with out giving me his insurance information. finally he gave it to me after threatening to "smear me all over the pavement".

later that day i saw his car pull up next to my truck again. this time he had his wife with him. they pulled the car up within inches of my truck and were taking pictures. he was so shaky that he had to let his wife pull up close to my truck while he directed. they spent about half hour blocking the traffic in the parking lot while taking pictures

after work i looked at the damage a bit more. the bumper was definatly pushed up a bit but not worth dealing with. i let it go.

CLASSIC!

Reminds me of Roy D Murser, How bigga' boy are you?

Better start up that ol' Hurst!

I've had an elderly man tell me that I was taking advantage of senior citizen's once because he hadn't paid his bill and I was there to shut the service off. He explained that the check was in the mail although he had neglected to pay the bill for well over 3 months. I can't recall specifically what he said but it was something along the lines "I hope you die of crab infested gonorrhea" he had also told me that he was going to take me to court for senior abuse as well

Shit like that is what made me sell my Camaro and buy an old truck. My Camaro was involved in 3 hit and runs, 2 fender benders, and 1 all out wreck in the 3 years I had it. Not one of them was my fault, and all were reported. I got so tired of trying to keep that car looking nice, I finally decided the next vehicle I owned wasn't going to be made of plastic and fiberglass

Hell, one of them, 82 years old, I think, cold cocked the shit out of me for no reason at the hospital once. Not much power, but is sure suprised me. He didnt even get a bill, just a copy from his secondary insurance showing what they paid us. I spoke sternly to him and told him he could never ever come back to the hospital again if he ever did something like that again.

Come to find out he had wandered away from his nurse while waiting on an x-ray.

The hospital was acting all goofy over workers comp and assualt charges.

I was walking out to my truck in a parking lot one day as another trucked pulled into the spot next to it. It was an extended cab and the old guy who drove it was standing outside and leaned over trying to get something out of the floor board of the extended cab part. Problem was, as he is leaned over his boney old man ass is pushing against his door, which is leaning against my door and flexing the metal in. When I asked him not to smash his door into mine, he said he didn't. I pointed out the dent/rub mark and showed him how his door lined up with it perfectly. He responded with "God damn it, I'm a Korean War vet and I don't go places and expect to be treated this way." I thanked him for his service to our country; but stated I failed to see what it had to do with him denting my truck. He responded with "smart-ass teenagers don't know what hard work is". I just let it go at that point, it was obvious he wasn't going to admit to/offer to take care of the dent and I wasn't going to kick some old man's ass.
