Same day shipping on in-stock items--- Finally!

We have put alot of time and effort into catching up on what we can. Granted Ballistic Bushings and a few other miscellaneous items are back ordered for a few more days... however all new orders are shipping same day if ordered before 3:00 MST if parts are quoted as 'in-stock' by a salesperson over the phone. You can also request a partial if you run into a back ordered item, and we'll get everything else out at no additional cost (in most cases) as soon as it becomes available.

We would like to invite people to post their feedback on orders placed from here out, we believe that we're ready to take on the most demanding orders without issue. We understand people's frustrations with previous ship times and want to prove to our customers that we mean business.

Our staff has doubled in the last year despite the 10.2% unemployment rate, the majority of the new employees directly related to the shipping department.

We're prepping for our 2010 Catalog and will be taking a new company photo early this week... you'll get a chance to get a look at all 21 of us

Thanks to PBB for helping us get to where we are today, we don't plan on stopping here!

i ordered some shit last saturday, haloween, and it was shipped tuesday.

it was not same day, but close enough for me!!!

Thanks guys - Again I would like to reiterate that we will ship your order SAME DAY if called in before 3:00 and confirmed available stock. We haven't been shipping same day for months and it feels good to be back into the groove.

We feel fortunate that the problem has been attributed to massive growth instead of the other way around, so thank you PBB... and let us know how were doing!

Awesome to hear that that you're getting your business in order after the growing pains. How the hell did BF grow so fast anyway? I would have never thought an off road start up would be able to get financed for that much cool machinery. Must be a rich uncle or something.

I ordered some brackets and joint last week 11/2 and they have yet to ship. I think it is because the joints are back ordered. Any idea when the ballistic joint will be in stock again? Thanks

They started shipping yesterday since we finally got zinc plating in.... needless to say I have my engineer working full-time on our in-house zinc line.

Your order is already packed with the exception of the XL t-shirt. That'll ship out once I get it back in stock. It takes three days to your ZIP so you should have it by Thursday if UPS does their job. Thanks for the business.

With the exception of a couple of orders, every order placed over the weekend is already boxed up. Most of you will be receiving UPS tracking numbers in your emails tonight.
