Finished my quick disconnect welder/jumper cables
Well since I ditched the OBA and went CO2 I had a spot to mount my OBW instead of a stake pocket set-up... So I mounted the welder and then set it up so I don't even have to open the hood to use it.. The field switch and handle throttle are both in cab and the cables are-set up using quick disconnect fork lift cables.. I also set-it up so that I can use one set of cables for both jumper and welder cables.. The neg clamp always stays neg and the positive side has a quick disconnect tweeco set-up so all I need to do is put the red clamp on or the stinger...
Welder mount and discconects

close up of tweeco ends for positive side of cable... You can use either the clamp or the stinger... This lets you to use one set of cables for both jobs

![]() On Board Jumper Cables? I'm not saying it's a bad idea (it's actually pretty cool) but do you use them enough to have thought of that? -t |

Where did you get the big cable end plugs? I have seen these on tow trucks, etc, but never seen them for sale by themself.
Thanks! D
