Dana 44 60 14 Bolt Covers$95 + $15 Recessed Machined Bolt Holes
Now available countersunk bolt rings $15 extra per cover. These top of the line two piece covers run a total of $110 with recessed bolt holes. We just ran a batch of our diff covers for a buddies shop down in Oakridge,TN. So we have a few extra parts laying around and we decided to let them go to you guys at a good price. Our covers are made from two pieces (not including the machined fill plug insert) The bolt ring is laser cut from A36 grade 1/2" thick steel. The covers are formed from a single piece of 1/4" on a 250 ton CNC brake. The covers are then fit by hand and mig welded. We do not sand our covers. We offer a no BS no fine print warranty which I stand behind but have never used. This warranty states if you break this under real use I will replace the cover. We use a counter bore bit to make sure the area around holes are free from any obstructions, weld or otherwise. It may take up to a week to ship your cover. As I am currently welding all of these in house myself, this is due to the fact we had an issue with an outsourced welder who was finishing these for us and shipping them with quality I did not feel was up to par. We tried outsourcing to keep overhead low and turn around time minimal. It didn't work so I am doing all fabrication at this point. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I have my own opinion on those tabs, I personally never liked the idea because it sticks up their with no support. If we did something I would like to give the option of selling a weld on kit with at least two tabs that could be made very strong especially for using as a functional part of a working suspension. I'm a great one for overkill, do it once right and you have no worries. Let me know your opinions on this. Thanks Shawn

I have a buddy who is into high speed photography and has a high speed camera to take some boomin (litterally) pics with.

I'll PM ya just thought I'd let everyone know were coming out with a new cover series called the Dominator. Basically its everything anyone could want in a diff cover. Top notch quality, recessed holes, 3 piece construction. Best of all is the price at $130 its still the toughest cover out here with the best price and features. The third piece of construction is a piece of 1/2 inch plate formed in a u shape and welded to the face of the 1/4 inch cover for the ultimate protection. I will post picks shortly. Oh, and when we post the pics you guys can drool, we have plenty of shop towels to wipe up the mess. Thanks Shawn
