thats what I like to hear. Its getting one hell of a makeover.

3 link front with 16" coilovers throught the hood.
4 link rear with 16" coilovers or 16" shocks with coils.
Fuel cell
Interior cage
Tube gate/ spare carrier
Crawler and a twin stick
Supercharger
URD fuel kit.

Why through the hood with 16's???

....... it looks better without a jungle-gym attached to it!

low with a bit of up-travel. It may not have to go through the hood. If they do, I want no more than just the top 3/4s of the tube poking through. 14" shocks were 2" too long as high in the wheel well as possible. I have a lot of shit under the hood to move though.

I'm running 17's with about 5" of uptravel and a low ride height (24.5" on 40's) and I have a couple inches to spare between the hood and the coilovers. Moving all the crap under the hood is a pain, but well worth it.

Well that should work out nicely then. Im at 23.5 - 24.5" on 37s. (depends on the day with chevys I think)

I was thinking relocate the battery to the back and move the smog crap to where the batt is now. The other side is a breeze. ABS and cruise are in the dumpster already.

Good plan waiting for the URD to be installed before building the engine cage. There is no way that I would be able to install a S/C with my cage and there is very little room between the cage and hood. On Wyatt's truck Jason wrapped the cage around the front of the engine instead of over like on my FJC. Glad I don't want/need the S/C.

That's pretty much what I did. I relocated the cruise box to the firewall, moved the battery to the bed and relocated the fuse box up behind the headlight. I re-routed the smog stuff to trick the sensor and ran a traditional style breather off the gas tank. It's a tight fit under the hood with everything going on but I made it work.

Brad looks funny with no cage now since I have seen it that way for so long now. I may have you build me an exo when I get the new truck done. You ever get that fuel cell?

Unless it's busted that stuff in the dumpster is probably worth some money. I think both are kinda pricey from the dealerships.

Any pics/more details??? I REALLY need to get mine out of there(ask Brad), but I also have to pass emissions, so it needs to be legit.

Not really, mine passed the emissions here fine. I pulled the efi fuse in the parking lot to get rid of the CE light and the guy was too busy scratching his head looking at the truck that he never even really looked under the hood, just hooked it up to the plug under the dash and did the gas cap check. I just made a little drawing of the hose routing and duplicated it as close as possible looping the hoses into each other and plugging in the sensor, throws a CE light after 300 miles but it runs fine and doesn't emit any gas vapors from the vent tube with an inline filter on it, so I leave it alone.

blue will just be welded to the caps for looks and stability. The green will be inside of those coming off the coilover hoops and tying into the cage. The will also double as the canvas support.

Heres a rough sketch of what it will look like. Along with the roof rails that will be part of the cage. Take some nakedness away from the roof and also be used for hauling camping gear. Hell, they might even save the roof a little in a roll-over.
