Get Jeep involved!
So Jeep has a vehicle named the "Rubicon"
They run their rigs on the trail to supposably "test" them. Well I ask you.......what have they done for the trail? Have they helped to maintain it? Have they donated $$ to the RTF? (To FOE? LOL!) Have they done anything with Land-use issues other than supporting "Tread Lightly"? I have spent days looking for contact info for Jeep marketing guy...and God do they keep that hidden. HOWEVER! I DID find this!~~ Please visit this link and ask Chrysler's Jeep division to help maintain our trails and keep them open! Point them to various "Friends of" organizations. https://www.chryslerllc.com/en/chrysler_listens/

Done. Here is what I said:
I am a Jeep guy (I own 3) and it bothers me when Hummer steps up to help out RTF / FOTR but you Jeep; a company who names one of your rigs after the Rubicon trail as well as test them on the Rubicon trail so you can put that nifty "Trail Rated" emblem on them; does nothing to help protect the exact same trail. I personally am a president of a off road club in Santa Cruz, Ca and have encouraged my fellow club members to also post up their thoughts about this topic. I am also a member of FOTR, FOE, BRC and Cal4Wheel. I strongly encourage you to please reconsider your involvement with the current land use issues that are impacting the off road sport as we know it. If for nothing else if it continues how it has over the last year it will eventually impact your sales as who is going to need an off road rig if there is no where to take it. Not to mention it will make you look better in the off road community eyes, which may improve sales. Thank you for listening / reading. Eli Casey (email address was here) if you would like to discuss my concerns.

One minor suggestion......Spell out the groups you're with, the guy at Jeep HQ probably has no idea what FOTR, FOE, BRC et all are

You know I originally did do just that but then had to trim it down to meet the 1000 character limit when I went to submit :-( I probably could have left out the two lines about things continuing how have been over the past year which could lead to no one needing a off road rig ( = less sales) and making themselves look good to increase sales but thought that these may encourage them as I believe it is all about the sales to them. Anyway, hope all is well with you and thank you for your suggestion. Eli
