whats the best year 292 to get? what truck should i look for if i want a 292 mated to an SM465? are there any sites out there that list power output figures for the 292?

I don't recall seeing a 292 mated to 465 before, but someone will correct me. But I do have a 66 C60 truck that came stock with a 292 and 420. I know you could still get the 250 6cyl in 1/2 tons up til 82 or 83 with a 465 in it.

Sure, there's lots of trucks out there with 292 and 465
I know a guy around town with a 71 or 71 3/4 ton 2wd Look at all 3/4 ton trucks from the 70s I think the 292 was the base engine
