well yesterday was certainly one of them.

I was invited to go on a test ride of the brand new 2010 Poloris RZRs over a High Sierra Trail from US 50 to US 88 at Kirkwood.

The ones pictured are the RZR-S models that have extended A arms and fender flairs. They are a good bit wider

Did you like those tires?

I've been thinking of a set of those on my ATV. They look like like they would be good on the rocks.

I'm talking about the ones on the rig you are driving.

The Maxxis Bighorns that the RZRs come equipped with as an upgrade to the standard RZR are a great all around tire that have proven worthy in many desert races and I felt they worked good for our trail ride.

I am sure there are better specialty terrain tires available but the Big Horn seems to be pretty good in varied terrain.

I would buy them if I was in need of tires...oh wait...maybe I should buy a set for my 660 grizzly quad.

both .....

Polaris gave the demo unit to www.UTVweekly.com which is run by friends of mine.

they all had their own personal rigs to ride so lucky me got the call to drive.

I think that Fordyce is a world class test of any rig. the water crossings add that unknown element to the equation. hope we don't float down river in the RZR
