Just trying to get the word out:

Well after doing business with these guys I think everyone should do some homework as to who they are dealing with now and days.

I ordered some parts from them on Sunday hoping to have them by the weekend. Well I called them yesterday twice with no answer then called them today 3 times and even e-mailed them. I finally texted them and wanted to know about the shipping to my order. They guy told me that he didnt even know about it. Here is what was said over text, there was some language from his end so I will **** it out...

I asked him to refund my money thru paypal and he told me stop the horse**** complaint and he will refund me the money when he feels like it.

We got into it more but I will leave that piece out...

I have already contacted PayPal to take it to the next level, he has 10 days to respond.
I have also reported him to the BBB

Don't know the whole story, but why if a shop is back logged or whatever, are sooo many places such dicks to customers. I've read of quite a few places dealing with people in this manner.......stupid on a business level. Especially when people are pretty understanding if you are honest with them.

Yeah this guy was a total dick! I didn't do anything besides ask for my refund then it all started.

Yeah I ordered it Sunday, did not receive any shipping confirmation yesterday or today. Called him several times yesterday and today, sent e-mail then he finally answered my text. Asked him about the order and he had no clue, said he has been out of town since Thursday. I asked if he could ship it so I could get it by the weekend and he said that it would not get here that fast. Coming from AL to Eastern TN it should be here within 3 days maybe 4. So I asked if I could have a refund so that I could get them from a local vendor that was more expensive so I could have them this weekend. I went to PayPal and requested my money back and texted him asking him if he could please go to PayPal and refund my money, then thats when he came back with his smart ass remark... So the hell with him and his business he has 10 days to return my money and I have turned him into the BBB.

Happens all the time. I'll get guys placing an order on Saturday (I'm closed on the weekends) and then a pissy email on Monday morning demanding either a tracking number or a refund - you know, cuz the order is now 3 days old. And I haven't even seen their order yet because I just got in at 9 and there are other orders older that get processed first.

You placed the order on a Sunday without confirming that the seller could meet your shipping time line and then when he tells you that he cannot its his fault?

You sound like the kind of "customer" most businesses would be better off not having, I would have been happy to tell you to GGF on the phone too.

If you are unsure about the delivery time frame of the product you wish to order, ask before ordering please.

I ordered 4 3" toyota wheel spacers, I understand people are busy as well and I understand I ordered the parts on Sunday, I was waiting for the shipping confirmation e-mail and never received it, I called them to see if and when it was shipped and had no response.

So today I called again with no response and then noticed on his web site he had call/text, so I texted him and what do you know he answered me back... Seems like he is worried more about twitter texts than phone calls. I know if I ran a business I Would like to talk to people over the phone.

I am in the Marines and I know how business works. I just simply asked him what the status was of the order and he didnt know, then I asked him if he could have it here by the weekend just like the other posts state and he said no way, I asked for a simple refund to get it from a more expensive local vendor so I could have it by the weekend. But he had to be a smart ass about it.

99% of the time when I order I get shipping confirmation right then and there, maybe this where I will stop helping the "little" bussiness out and just buy direct so I dont have to deal with dicks...... AND GET MY SHIT ON TIME... thanks for sticking up for the guy I am sure you are just like him

Funny thing is, he doesnt have jack shit on his web-site about shipping... Figured he would ship out pretty quick... Guess I was wrong.... Doesnt matter if I tried to get a shipping quote he would have never answered
