Talking MXRRA® Rock Racing Rally 2009 PLANET GTOROCKS®, Guanajuato MEXICO Dec 4-6

That’s right, it time once again for the MXRRA® (Mexico Rock Racing Assoc.) ROCK RACING RALLY down south in beautiful, colonial Guanajuato, Mexico at PLANET GTOROCKS®, the largest and most extreme offroad park in Mexico. Just a few hours northwest of Mexico City lies this quaint little city. This friendly community that has proudly promoted extreme motorsports events such as the Free Jeep Jamboree Bash 2002-2003, FIA WRC RALLY 2003-2008, Rally Nations 2009, UROC MEXICO 2006, and the MXRRA ROCK RACING RALLY 2007-2008 is also perfectly prepared for Rock Crawling and Rock Racing fans. Surrounded by the ideal rock racing and rock crawling accommodations to kick off the third annual MXRRA® ROCK RACING RALLY 2009.

This year we will have teams from the USA, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Mexico and England all crawling and racing to see who takes the $ and trophy home.

MXRRA® is a sanctioned event and we have been working extremely hard to get the attention of the government officials so they can help us bring in more teams such as they do for WRC MEXICO event that attracts over 290,000 fans.

The event we organize as you know is free to the public and your presence here would help us make more noise.

Confirmed 2009 MXRRA GUEST STARS include
Venezuela offroad champs - Alberto and Eliana Roberti, Alirio Legones, Felipe Montilla and Diego Inamoto
EUA teams - Rally America star Patrick Moro, Johnny Despain, Louie Keener and Heath Catron of Ballz out racing team.
Costa Rica teams - Freddy Rodriguez, Eduardo Roman, Douglas Carmona, Juan Manuel Artvia
England - Chris Grimmet
all battling it out against the top MXRRA Mexico rock racing teams!
THE LEGEND, WALKER EVANS, will be this year's main guest running the zero car!

We are the only low budget sanctioning body in the motorsport of rock racing and rock crawling that has been able to bring teams from other countries to race here in Mexico. Here are some of our other past accomplishments
http://www.mxrra.com/id14.html

Thank you for helping us make this motorsport grow more. WE LIKE TO ESPECIALLY THAN MIKE AND JODY WEAVER FOR ALLOWING TO PROMOTE XRRA® DOWN HERE IN MEXICO & LATIN AMERICA.

Mexico welcomes MXRRA® and XRRA® fans and competitors.

Rig and

Louie,

Dont worry about the federales or cops, we got that unde control. They work for us. Plus Big Johnny and Waldo will be driving down with you to guide you fellas.

Waldo alias el Chino is the one next to the Legend. They had a little adventure similiar to the HANGOVER flick. But everything was cool. We managed to race the LCQ and put on a little show.

TELL EL PINCHE HEATH TO CALL ME ASAP. IS BRANDON COMING WITH YOU GUYS, MAKE SURE YOU BRING THE BANANA, I ALREADY HAVE IT SOLD DOWN HERE.

PONCE THANKING HEATH MY ADOPTED MEXICAN BRO, AND BRANDON

PONCE, RUDY, JOHNNY AND WALDO.

Mxrra rock racing 2009 rally stages

lxh0318,
This year´s MXRRA rally race will be 4 miles long of offroad racing. The teams must pass thru 3 rally stages in altitudes of 7500 - 8000 ft. The fastest times wins. XRRA main rules apply. The stages will include high speed sections, rock racing and the traditional rock crawling gates. Teams run in pairs. We have included more categories this year. 8 in total. Stock, Mod, Super, Clase 9 and VW 1600 buggies, Awd, Enduro and quads. Teams are allowed to use GPS but it will not be necesary. A rally trip computer is recommended. Neck collars are a must use this year for all teams to pass tech.

Red and Green squares - HOST HOTEL AND MXRRA RALLY CAMPUS

BLUE DOTTED LINE - Paved road to the first rally stage 1 located in downtown by the Presa de la Olla. This place will be packed with fans! Every sunday at least 20,000 folks gather around this area.

Pink Square - Tunel leading to the Presa de la Olla.

Green Dots - Starting points for the 3 rally stages. Check point.

Red Dots - Finish point of rally stages. Check point.

White dotted line - Stage 1. This stage will not be timed but it is a tough climb up and you musst reach the second stage within 20 minutes or receive a penalty. We recommend you tune your rigs to this altitude and double check your cooling gear to avoid problems. Going at normal speed you can reach the second rally stge in less than 10 mins. Teams will take off in pairs every 5 minutes. Except for the 2 enduro and quads. After the race all teams must head back to RALLY CAMPUS located at the host hotel for the award ceremony and after party.

Yellow Dots - 2 Timed rally stages.

Aqua dots - Pit area and rescue teams section.

Orange Points - Food, beverage and beer truck stands.
