And here I am with a 900xp4. Oh well, the wife doesn't do many high speed assaults anyway.

28-30" tires are not small really. I likes the 30's.

I think you'll see something from Honda by end of 2017.

I want the 420 quad chassis with 450r plastic, a small rear rack and the parallel twin 1000cc engine from the Africa Twin enduro bike.... And a front locker on the left lever kinda like the bruteforce setup.

Too much to ask for from Honda?

Is there anything Honda excels at in the motor-sports world these days?

I'm hopeful. They just poured a few million of capital into their ATV plant and they trademarked the name "Talon"

I love my Pioneer 500. It has that traditional Honda ruggedness. No belts, no worry about fires, Run the valves every 100 hours and it's golden.

Only downside is a lack of a front locker and some real suspension travel.

With the real transmission and clutch set up power is spot on, just need some more performance.

Just a hunch. But Honda said a few years back that they were building a new UTV every year for 5 years. They've got the utility market sewn up, so one would think sport or sport/utility would be next.

As long as CanAm has the shittiest locking front diff around...they can never focus on rocks.

actually their front locker works fine if youre hauling ass, if youre trying to dodge cones yea you might need a better front locker.

personally id rather just go faster the only time can ams front locker sucks is at slow speeds in the technical rock sections, thats all you ever hear from the dumbass polaris fan boys "can am has a shitty front locker" "can am has a shitty front locker" "can am has a shitty front locker" "can am has a shitty front locker" and any time theres a thread about can am they come running in to talk shit

Wet/muddy/slippery hillclimbs = sucks

Icy trails = sucks

Deep snow = sucks

Rockcrawling = sucks

Dunes = works

Desert/baja = works

I guess if you're into the dunes or desert can am would be a good choice..... up here in the PNW you need a front locker, and not an expensive aftermarket jobby after you just spent $30K

you should learn how to drive have you even driven a visco lock? i wheeled fordyce and deep snow covered rubicon and didnt have a single problem with the visco lock besides trying to crawl some rocks very slow. my solution, which worked flawlessly, was to just go faster

sorry you suck

sorry I suck? typical unintelligent response.

i've driven a 2014 maverick in the dunes. it was ok, but it definitely didn't keep up with a rzr 1000 in the rough and when the owner buried it, it did the one tire fryer in the front. I've also wheeled with them in slippery conditions and they straight up suck compared to the rzr's and other wheeling rigs.

I think somebody is just mad they didn't buy a rzr
