To prelude this discussion, I am a rockcrawler by heart and the person responsible to the 5UG1(Yamaha Rhino) chassis design. A drunkard friend of mine recently asked me to build a roll bar for his Ranger. First off, I despise Polaris ATV's. Next, I his has a fully-enclosed cab.

I am not sure what direction to take with this. I suggested a full exoskeleton from the front bumper to the rear of the bed.

Do any of you have any have slick ideas? If so, post them up. sketches and/or pics would be appreciated.
