I have heard of some problems, but I have had 2 rzrs and over 1500 miles with out any problems. Those miles include the rubicon and fordyce, along with some sand dune riding too.

Keep fluid changed regularly and ride that baby til it breaks! Got over 1500 miles and counting.... THE AIR FILTER IS WHAT U NEED TO WORRY ABOUT!!! They leak dirt past the filter!

In the front I run Polaris AGL stuff just cause I have only found it by other companies in a 1 to 2 gallon form (Tractor hydralic fluid of some sort???).

In the the rear synthetic 75w90 gear oil of ur choice. I have had good luck with the Lucas or Castrol...

All of my friends and I with RZR's have toasted our front ends. There is a plastic cage that breaks in the front end. Here is a new alum cage ALOT cheaper and I have talked to several people with it and it has taken care of there front diff carriers.http://www.superatv.com/POLARIS-RZR-...-P465C245.aspx Our front ends breaking has nothing to do with changing oil. If you land on the front end in AWD with any power going to the front end you will hear it chatter and pop. Enough times of that and you will bust that front plastic cage.

I've heard that sound a few times but it's still holding together, for now.

Ya its just a matter of time before it goes out. It has alot to do with how you drive it. Most of our climbs have lips at the top and we have to jump out of them

As long as you dont land on the throttle your fine but sometimes you have to stay into it. I got about a year out of my stock cage but I have had friends that broke theres in the first weekend they got them.

That's exactly what I'm doing with mine when it chatters and pops.

Many people whop ride the chit out of their RZR have done this including me. Here is a link to a better quality yet cheaper price aftermarket cage, you should also chang out the armature plate with it. It will ensure that your awd works the way it is supposed to.

I agree with Copperhead. Keep your foot out of the throttle when you land jumps and you'll be fine for a long time.
