A new rzr?
i was just on polaris website and did a model comparison of the razor and one of the selections was a "razor 4" although no info popped up. Any one know anything about this? It might be i thinking a four seater but i am hoping for a razor with a different transmiission and lockable diffs of some sort. something for all out balls to the wall rock and mud for us tenn. and kentucky folk.
Anyone have any clues? Last edited by donhd04; 01-04-2010 at 01:27 PM. |

Looks cool. I would want to see one run in person. I know I can notice a big difference when I have 2 adults in my rzr. I cant imagine having 4 adults in it, 2 adults and 2 kids I think it would still have decent get up and go. I wonder if the extra wheelbase would help getting high centered. My wife likes it so I may end up with one

You can buy an additional ignition and have it flashed and the Rzr will run noticeably better.
Then you simply pop your stock ignition box back in for warranty appearances. ![]() Looks like it has heavier duty suspension, at least as far as the shocks and springs are concerned. The 8 count spring loops, usually white on the 2010 models are the bad China springs that snap BTW. |

If you are running in Rock strewn areas the stock plastic skid plates are inadequate. Dragon fire makes aluminum skids for the 2 seater, I imagine a 4 seat version would be out soon: ![]() Without this, you will most definitely grenade your Tranny, transfer case, and a good chance take the crankcase out too. |

Look for the JaggedX 4seat RZR at the show this week...it is absolutely awesome!
I've been in it and can vouch that it is "staying true" to the RZR in that it's still a relatively small and nimble package, but I'm 6'2" and fit in the back seats with zero issue.BTW, JaggedX also has skids for Ranger and RZR and will most likely be first on the scene for the 4seater as well.

The show is the Polaris Dealer meeting in UT this week. the RZR 4 went public on Friday of last week. We costomized a unit for Polaris to display there. You can see it on our website www.jaggedx.com
We have all kinds of things planned for this new revolutionary product. FYI Polaris did their homework again. The 4 rides amazing and is very nimble even though it is 30" longer. The back seats are very comfortable and the weight distribution makes for a great handeling vehicle. We have quite bit of seat time in the 4 so if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us. The 4 should be shipping to dealers in the SW right away so check one out at your local Polaris dealer. BS JX
