Lawsuit Dropped!

I rarely post on pirate, but I have been a long time lurker and as well as most of you guys I love tellico. When folks try to take it away naturally I get angry like you guys. I was very relieved today to see a great article in the Chattanooga Times that the lawsuit has been dropped and the trails will remain open. This comes with the price of maintaining the trails and maybe a little more emphasis than in the past but hey we still got our tellico! Didn't know if anyone else had heard this yet.

I think you misunderstood the article. i just read it. It simply says the same thing that has already been posted here about BRC dropping their lawsuit against the FS.

no problem. Just didn't want an incorrect rumor going around.
