And the picture thats on the back of my sons tshirt of my friend Andy's xj on lower 2 is the sterotypical tellico experience picture to me. You just go out to poke around, being careful, and tellico happens.

I guess those tshirts might be classics or collectables now...a cherokee that is no more, on a trail that is no more, advertising for a shop that is no more...atleast I still have the more tshirts.

I was browsing through the pictures and the noticed the cables on the trees on guard rail. I remember helping put those up! Myself and Matt Deas,Mike Wike,Jamie Kelly,Mikes sons and two other fellows that I cant remember their name. I hope the net helped some folks out. Damn we went there almost every weekend and made it up everything in a CJ5 with 35's. Its just a shame. If I can find some pics I will definitley post em up!

I have got BOXES full of 4x6 pics from Tellico, I can look at any picture from Tellco and know where it was taken on what trail,I miss Tellico BAD.

Here is just one of many I took while wheelin Tellico for a little over 10 years.

Its blurry cause I set the pic up on the counter and snapped a new one of it with my digital camera, I have a lot more to "RETAKE" as well

this is just a pure shame..... i live on the complete opposite coast and have never been to tellico. But it looks awesome and its just depressing to see a place like this and a place where so many good times were had to be closed off. pure shame.

that place was beautiful. I like harlan, but it just cannot match tellicos beauty. Is there anything else like tellico on the east coast as far as vegetation, views, and the other things that made it unique?

Me too! Boxes full of prints. All of my Tellico pics were taken on 35mm film. I'm sure I can find some from that run we made together. I need to scan some of the good pics and share 'em here.

The only 2 pics I have on this computer....
