FROM THE GEORGIA CRUISERS:

Dear Fellow Off-Road Enthusiast,

This year is going to go down in history as one of the most pivotal years in our sport. Why? Because this is the year where we will decide the future of our right to access public land.

As we are sure you have learned, under extreme pressure from anti-access groups like Trout Unlimited and the Southern Environmental Law Center, the U.S. Forest Service has closed the Upper Tellico OHV Area. It goes without saying that as a local club, we are disappointed that we will not be able to enjoy Tellico this year, but it goes farther than that. We realize that this is only the tip of the iceberg. If Tellico is allowed to close for good, it will be the beginning of the end for our sport.

Well, we are taking matters into our own hands and have begun an ambitious project to raise money for SFWDA's Rescue Tellico Fund.

We are in need of both money and items on our want list.

UPDATE:

The FJ62 is now in the body shop for a major face lift, Thanks ANH Collision. We've received some great donations to include 33" tires from BFG, new rebuilt and installed transmission from ACC in Atlanta, various other parts and components to include an off road bumper, winch, recovery kit, Hi-lift Jack etc... The list is too long, details can be found on the web page:
