"Hello Friends,

So as I left for work this morning I found my 1985 Toyota 4-Runner had been stolen from in front of my house. So keep your eyes pealed. I've attached a picture... It's black with a 3" lift kit, black top, 33" mud tires, black wheels. License Plate # 4ZRC687

Note: if this looks like a desperate attempt to find my vehicle, that because it is...

Have a great day! "

Stolen 4-Runner

Hi, I own the 85' Toyota 4-Runner that was stolen, the vehicle was actually stolen from my home in S. San Jose off hwy 85 and Cottle. By the way I'm also offering a $100.00 finders fee for recovery of the vehicle. Just a small incentive to keep you eyes open. Well have a geat day.

By the way, if the vehicle is not recovered soon, guess I'll be looking for another trail rig. e-mail me if you have anything avaliable.

Do did those darn theives just leave the carcas and blown engine? My friend just had his 85' yota pickup stolen last night in Citrus Heights (Sac area) and another person on this board had his white stolen within a few miles area on the same day. It seems like we have some active thief or thieves in the NE Sac area, hopefully they get what's coming to them in the form of punishment. Hopefully someone can catch them in the act and crack a few skulls!!!

So I'm not sure how much of the vehicle was, as I've not been able to personally see it. However, I am trying to figure out when and where it's going to be auctioned off. Would really like any remaining spare parts, axles, transfer case etc etc

More descriptions on the recently stolen vehicles please. I'll keep my and a few others eyes out.

Saw the pics, looking for it. If I see it someone will know.

Fawk ... I saw the truck south on 101 near montague express around 9/29ish.
It looked like it was just painted glossy black with a rattle can. The guy was a young spanish dude with a beard, look to be 5'8ish, with a slender build.
To the ower of this truck, I'm sorry ... I usually check the board for stolen rigs in the bay area. Fawk I should have known to check the board that night.

Yeah, and they didn't recover any finger prints. Oh well, screw it... I have already replaced it with an 1986 SAS 4-Runner. I hope they catch the Basterds!
