NC CJ stolen

a couple weeks ago i was going riding on my rhino when i passed my neighbors house just 2 doors down. he had his garage door open and inside i saw one of the best looking/built cj5 restoration projects ive ever seen. this jeep caught my attention so much that i had to stop and meet my new neighbor and look over his awesome cj5. his efforts were so extensive that i had planned on making a page featuring his jeep for 7SlotGrille.com.

as i drooled all over his garage floor he told me about the project. the jeep is a 1979 cj5 with a line-x tub, chev 350,
and t150 three speed. the wheels are procomp xtreme 1689 16x10 and tires are procomp x-terrain 35/12.50/16. as he prepared to leave the country on business he put the jeep inside the above pictured trailer which is a shadow master 20x8x8 with plain wood inside and a STE logo on the lower left and right rear.

a couple days after he left someone backed up to his trailer (in his yard just 2 doors down!), cut the lock, and hauled ass with the trailer, jeep, and other miscellaneous items inside.

the theft took place in fayetteville, nc but the jeep and trailer could be anywhere by now. should you see either of these items please contact me immediately at Nathan@CollierWelding.com or call the cumberland county sheriffs department at 910.323.1500.

....i hate a thief!

Jeep has been recovered.

Thanks to all that viewed this. I am not sure of the details regarding the recovery, yet.
