Edelbrock CJ7 and Featherlite Trailer Southern CA
Sometime between Saturday evening 3-26 and Monday Morning 3-28 an Edelbrock Trailer was stolen in Hesperia CA. Picture of the trailer is below.
Inside the trailer was an Employee's CJ7 which was modified over the course of the last year by Edelbrock and its employees. Pics to follow. Specs will follow also. The Jeep will probably get parted out, so please be on the lookout for the parts.

My head is a little clearer. Additional part info (if it turns up in parts)
Shocks are Custom Edelbrock Resi's. They have silver bump caps and prototype elastomer (yellow) jounce bumpers. Fronts are 15.5" remotes, Travel Rears are 10" Travel piggybacks. Headders are Edelbrock AMC. Ceramic Coated. No air tubes. Y-pipe and exhaust are hand made tig'd. The y pipe is 2.5" and has a Edelbrocks new TiTech coating. The exhaust is mandrel bent 3" Tig'd with a handmade prototype muffler. Oil Pan is a Milodon gold irididite with the color missing off of the sides. The Jeep has 2 fuel pumps. An Edelbrock Carb pump feeding a custom manifold (looks like a shock resi), then an EFI pump. The entire vehicle is plumbed in Russell reuseable hose ends and braided stainless hose. The EFI fuel rails are plumbed with all Aluminum fittings unlike all the standard EFI's which have gold steel AN to Pipe adapters. Also a Russell Fuel Pressure gage is plumbed in.

Although it's not an FSJ, you still might want to post over on http://www.IFSJA.org
Good lot over there, and several SoCal boys.. (And I don't think many of 'em like to see people's rigs get stolen.) |

Hey Frank, dude Im sorry!!! (Its Jay with the Rockcrusher guys). If ANYONE sees this, or anything similar, call Mad4wd, or contact one of the Eld guys. This was a true labor of love build up, we need to police ourselves and keep each other honest.

I am trying. It takes a long time to register. TRD, let me find out. I am not in the office today. If we aren't going to Prairie City, I am in. I am still hoping the Jeep is parted out and found. I can't believe anybody could drive that thing in So Cal without being recognized. Especially after it was a display vehicle at TDS, EJS and Off Road Expo. It would be great if they took the shocks, plumbing and engine and left the rest. That thing had the coolest cage I have ever seen, their is no way it could be reused.

I posted it on Race-Dezert and Dezertrangers, there are a lot of pre runners and racers in that area so hopefully it will reach them.
BTW, I'm glad I finally registered to post on Dezertrangers, they have a good porn forum I never know about until I registered. |

I'm a cop in Victorville, and I have told everyone about the jeep. We have alot of vehicles stolen in the high desert, but this one stands out. We are doing our best to find it.

Thank you very much! It is my baby, and I am not sure if it will be replaced if it isn't found. Update: I went through our trailer today. Also missing is some product. A mockup 4.0L Jeep headder (won't fit anything) no others outside the company exist, 2 right hand AMC headers with air tubes (1 Titech, and 1 ceramic) and a bunch of Edelbrock attire are also missing, shirts, show shirts, a red jacket, and sweatshirts are also missing. Also lower control arms for a late model GM suv and a panhard rod. And some mock reservoir shocks (no valving or gas) are also among the missing. I don't know if it helps, but it couldn't hurt. Frank

Thank you very much. Bestop has always been great to us. I am still hoping/wishing it will show up. I am keeping my head up and I have a feeling something is about to break. Frank
