we got ur back here in northern nevada-- effing thieves! Towing a rig is pretty brazen.

A local army recruiting office had a similar truck about 5 years ago and it was always parked in front of their office in a strip mall on a busy street. Some brave crooks stole the entire front axle right where it was sitting. amazing.

Good luck Fred!

Sun Valley? was this any where near the Cars & Colors collision shop on Glenoaks? I swear I've seen this before near there.
I lived in Tujunga for 22 years and I'm a local to Sun Valley. I swear I've seen that rig down there.

Why are security cams so bad? I use cheap web cams at home and the pictures are crystal clear.

But what really sucks is that crime is shooting through the roof and cops are getting laid off.

That really sucks to hear, keep an out around here for ya - really enjoyed watching that build up too

Isn't that the rig that was being partially built recycling parts from previous project/Ultimate Adventure rigs that were being taken apart?

I don't know if you have been shown this and I can't really tell from the small CL picture if it is your truck. But this might be worth checking into.

I don't think that it, the guy is selling the whole truck on there too, but claims it's a '84 with a 400 trans. Fred is a '86 with a stick. Keep the good work though

It's been over 2 years since OP has posted in this thread. Does it really need a bump?

4 years ago I had a 4wheeler stolen (400 EX), and Got a call two weeks ago that it had been found and recovered. They went to register it for street use and the AZ Police confiscated it. Of course the guy who registered it Did not get charged. After getting the quad back it was in better shape then when it was stolen (Stock with a few hours on it). Came back with all kinds of upgrades. .

Point of the story is, Theres still a chance! I had written off never seeing it again.
