Drove by last night about 11 and didn't see it at the house it's been seen at. Got a wrecker driver I know who is going to run the plate on it and let me know a concrete address. I'm thinking about going over after I get an address and act like I was just admiring it to get a good look at it.

I've been by the place a couple times trying to get a closer look at it but haven't been there at the right time yet. Having a job tends to get in the way. I have seen it several times driving down the freeway but always in the opposite direction I'm going. I'll catch up with it sooner or later so I can get solid evidence if it is or isn't the army truck.

I work in Beaumont and would be more than willing to pass by the place early in the A.M. to see. I will say that there are several trucks like this in the area. I've seen a couple myself driving around as well as on the local classified ads from time to time. I just found this thread, so I had no reason to look Into any of them any further.

I thought my truck like that would be too hard to take because it sticks out. I guess not. Be sure to get a VIN before you go confronting the guy. After all how would you feel if someone came up and said you stole your truck? There are more of those trucks running around than you think. The standard trans and the box in tha back are not normal but get the VIN before saying anything. If the person knows it was stolen then it will be gone again. So check the VIN if it matches then call the law so it can be recovered before anybody knows what is going on.

I have been looking for it. Found the one that my buddy told me about but it isn't the same one I saw earlier. The one he knows of has a winch bumper on the front of it. I have seen it a couple more times coming home from work but getting flipped around on the freeway is next to impossible so I can follow it. I will run into it again and call the number you have listed to verify it's yours then once verified call the cops.
