Fred lives in the area where this was taken, I've seen him driving around that area alot.
Anyway, I would check with PD, which I'm sure he has. For sure check the local tow companys! Which I'm sure he has. If none of them know anything...Check the Boarder...They would love that thing down there.

I've seen one just like it in San Diego area. I'll keep my eyes out for it. When I see it again I'll take photos of some of the unique features for your verification.
we got ur back here in northern nevada-- effing thieves! Towing a rig is pretty brazen.
A local army recruiting office had a similar truck about 5 years ago and it was always parked in front of their office in a strip mall on a busy street. Some brave crooks stole the entire front axle right where it was sitting. amazing.
