Our Super Flex leaf springs are designed for lighter weight Toyota trucks and buggies. Features include:

20% decreased spring rate over our standard long travel leaf springs
Lower lift height of 3", which keeps your center of gravity lower for decreased body roll and increased traction
Front leaf springs are a full 47” long for increased shackle angle
Center pin moved forward 1” for increased fenderwell clearance (21.5” center pin to front spring eye)
As much as 24” of articulation seen on test vehicles
Teflon liners between leafs to reduce friction
All springs are shot-peened to stress relieve and pre-cycled on spring dyno to reduce spring fatigue

Long Travel Front Springs
Our long travel front springs are slightly longer than stock. When used with our front spring hanger these springs move the front axle forward aprox 1.5" and provide 19+" of articulation as measured on a ramp when used with crossover steering and long travel shocks. Our springs are designed to provide long life and excellent ride. Moving the axle forward allows for better tire to firewall clearance. The front hanger also provides and additional 1/2" lift and helps with caster angle. Front spring rate is 220 inch/lbs. These are our most popular springs and they are available in 4, 5 or 6" lift heights.

Stock Length Front Springs
We also make stock length front springs that bolt in using the factory hangers. These springs come in 4" and 5" lifts. Front Spring rate is 220 inch/lbs. These springs can be used with factory spring mounts and stock shackles.

Rear Leaf Springs
Our rear springs are 9" longer than factory (79-88) rear springs. Mounting these longer springs will require new front spring hangers and relocation of the rear shackle hangers on pre 89 trucks. Our rear springs have 8 leaves, plus a special torque leaf to reduce axle wrap. Springs come with new poly bushings. Rear spring rate is 250 inch/lbs.
