Arrow Link it up'...Check out our Link Tabs and Brackets....

Tabs and Brackets, they are big sellers here (all at least .25 thick) and the price is right too. And don't forget the PBB10 discount code either, tatoo it on something!

And don't forget .375 Link Tabs!

Pretty close to unbreakable Tabs, .375" thick!

We are adding things a couple of times a week so think RuffStuff!

Your website says trusses will be available March 1. You're LATE! I'm doing a rear 4-link and would like a truss for my 9" that will be a good platform to attach my link tabs to. I could fab it myself but I'd rather pick something up pre-formed that I could weld on. Your brake-formed stuff looks kick-ass. I'd also like to see a multi-position link mount to use at the frame end of the top links for adjusting anti-squat. Any idea when/if either of these products might be available? You already have everything else I need so I'll probably be placing my order soon for the rest of the tabs and brackets I'll be needing. Be nice to one-stop-shop though.

Hell YEAH !
Brackets with adjustable AS would be GREAT!
I too am four linking my rear and am looking for one stop shopping: get those trusses up on the website!

Thumbs up Sorry guys, I will change the website.....

We should be done with the first model Friday, Monday at the latest. Prototypes can be tough. Much easier to make an all welded model, but that is not what we do on production models, bends are stronger than welds. This one has 6 bends in .375 A50 steel and the sequencing has been challenging to say the least but I think we have it now. We have also been doing some computer modeling on stress related failure properties, I am not an engineer but have brought one in that loves a good challenge and he has been dictating the direction of the final design. Torsional rigidity testing was interesting to say the least, anyway we are pretty sure these will be among the stiffest trusses available. I can't give you a price yet because I am not yet sure what they will cost us to make but they will be available in kit form or fully welded ASAP. Keep pushing us, it makes us better.

Ok, we have had our talk.....

The freeak now understands more about production than I ever tell anyone.....I am expecting them correctly bent (no, seconds aren't for sale) Wenesday morning, welding during the day and pics in the evening or the next day, keep watching.

Did someone say they wanted to see trusses?

............Final prototype............Look and I will explain the mechanics of it.......

This is the 14 Bolt model before we took a knife to it today. The "slots" in the sides were for internal crosswalls of steel that would have been welded in from the outside, the "engineer" explained mathmatically how if we made the sidewalls shorter we would not need them. So, they will go away. This "floor" of this model is not in place here so you can see the tolerances we are working with, this piece is .375" (3/8") thick and folding it in the right ways isn't easy. The "floor" will complete the box for the strength we were looking for. It is extremely strong as you see it, but the floor adds a ton of additional strength, strength used fighting the twisting motion of torque, your suspension needs to move, but only as you want it to.

Availability.............

These will initially be available in 3 heights, 3.1", 4.2", & 5.3". They will be only for centered differentials initially, in about a month we will offer 1/2 units for offset on weldable housings and cutaway units for non weldable center sections. These are only meant to be welded to the tube, welded on all 4 sides, and not with your 135 either (think penetration).

These will only be available as kits in both .375 (rated to 700hp) and .25 (rated to 475hp) so if you like to bring your Big Block and it likes to eat NOS think .375, otherwise .25 should have you covered. The 3.1 and 4.2 in .25 should be available next Thursday or Friday, the 4.2" & 5.3" in .375 should be available at the same time. Prices will be from $105 - 165 unwelded. Welded wil not be an option due to insurance reasons.

so the "slots" will no longer be in the truss?

it will be just a smooth, unperforated box?

That thing LOOKS GREAT DAN!

I want one in .25" ASAP, I will need it to fit a nine inch housing.
I will be ordering the truss and a bunch of brackets all at the same time.
Its time to get it AWN!

The "slots" would have not been there anyway.....

They would have been filled with weld holding the inner wall rigid, but it was too rigid to get them in. We had cut the inner walls with a 20 thousands ramp to be able to insert with Pressure (pound them in!) but it was too rigid and it just sheared the ramps off.

BTW, both the .375 and the .25 models "floor" will be in .375 for added strength.

a quick question about the angle of your link brackets...

how do you measure the angle?
is it the amount of angle from "straight" (front to rear of the vehicle) or what?
Sorry if that isnt very clear...

The centerline of the vehicle would be center....

So, 10 degrees off center. Our 3.0" 0 degree bracket would come off the axle at a 90 Degree angle, in line with the vehicle centerline.....make sense?

We do make spring perches, 4 Sizes.....

And those are 2 of them, all with 3 hole pin placement, they are all $29 a pair, we make U Bol Plates too, the shock brackets are $14 a pair for those, we would use the 3.0" and 30 seconds with a grinder. shipping for that sized items is a flat rate $9.45, insured, anywhere in the US, order from the website. Thanks
