I have not considered doing them. Do you think their would be enough to justify developing the part?

It would be no problem for us to make them. Do you know of others that would be interested in them?

Dan - I'm using one of your 14 bolt link truss kits for my offset 14 bolt on one of my LC's. You can see where I'm gonna hafta modify it to get the links in the center of the axle - "X" marks the center. I don't believe mine is worthy of a production run, but I do think there's a market for a link kit for LC's with the stock axle.

I think with all the good stuff Bobby Long has developed and now Polly is making 4340 shafts for the offset rear, Advance Adaptors is making the Orion people are using the Cruiser axles. There is a market for it IMO.

We have a Yota truss coming out late this week. Bender and Matt worked on it a little this week. I have it in line to cut mid week. As soon as we weld it out I will post up some pics. I will get a FJ over here and build something for you all.

We are building a Fusion Chassis for a customer that will have a rear steer Dana 60. We wanted to come up with a different way to mount the double ended steering ram. So we designed a custom truss that has an additional formed plate bolted to the back to hold the steering ram. I thought I would share with you guys. We are looking at putting this into production if you all feel there is a need for a rear steer Dana 60 Axle truss with ram mount. We have not worked out pricing at this time. It should not add much expense over the standard Dana 60 rear truss that we currently offer.

The truss welds to the axle tubes and is bolted to the diff cover for additional strenght. The outer piece for the steering ram also bolts onto the truss. The main truss body and ram mount are laser cut from 1/2 inch thick P&O steel plate.

Maybe this will give a few people some ideas if you are looking to build something like this. If you would like to see us go into production with this part post up and let me know.



in this picture you can see how the diff cover bolts in the middle between the ram mount and the truss body.



here is a pic of the assembly with the ram sitting on it.




I will post info on this build very soon. It has a built LS-1 with a super charger. So it should be fun to drive...

we already make them for the front with the ram mount offset to better center the ram. Keep an eye open we have some new ones coming down the pipe.

BTF will be realeasing more info on the new axle truss very soon. We will begin taking orders later this week. Pricing will be realeased very soon.

We are going to offer this as a complete kit, or you can just buy the diff guard. Let me know if you have any questions.
