Mounting coil overs? We have a few different tabs in stock and ready to ship that will get the job done.



BTF Lower Coil Over Bracket System

The "BTF Lower Coil Over Bracket System" is designed for the Dana 44/Dana 60 or for any axle with a tube diameter up to 3 1/2". The parts are laser cut from 1/4" high-strength steel plate. The distance from the edge of the axle tube up to the center of the bolt hole is 3 7/8". The kit consists of 6 parts. You get 2 radius brackets and 4 flat brackets. The parts fit together like a puzzle for easy assembly. The parts are shipped ready for the installer to weld the parts together and then weld to the axle tube.





BTF Curved Coilover Tab for 1 3/4" Tube

The "BTF Curved Coilover Tab for 1 3/4" Tube" is laser cut from 1/4" high-strength steel plate. The tab measures 1 1/4" from the edge of the tube to the center of the bolt hole. The bolt hole is 1/2". This tab is curved on the bottom side to provide clearance for the shock body when the tab must be rotated up for more height.




BTF Flat Bottom Coil Over Tab

The "BTF Flat Bottom Coil Over Tab" is laser cut from 1/4" high-strength steel plate. The tab measures 3" across the flat bottom and is 2" from the flat bottom to the center of the bolt hole. The bolt hole is 1/2". This tab is perfect for a lower shock mount when you need to get the coil over as close to the axle as possible. It also allows the bolt to be installed perpendicular to the axle tube as it should be for axle articulation. This tab can also be used as an upper shock mount when you are mounting off the bottom of a tube or flat surface.

One other tab for mounting to a D44




The "BTF Coil-Over Shock Mount for Dana 44 Inner C" is laser-cut from 1/4" high-strength steel plate. It is used when you have to get the lower mount of your coil-overs out as far as possible (which is usually the case). The curved lower contour matches the top of the Dana 44 inner C so there will be no need to hand fit the part. Just bolt them to the coil-over and tack them on. (Sold Individually)

If you have a custom part you need and need it fast we can cut it in house on our CNC plasma cutter. If we recieve a drawing and you ok the qoute before noon we should be able to cut and ship the part same day. Call the shop for details
