Alright, I could not resist!

Introducing our wheelbase extending Spring Perch. We're going to call it our 2+ Perch!

This is a combination of very simple ideas (best kind!) that just makes sense. We start with our standard Ubolt Plates, make a perch that looks wrong, and add some wings....and you get....

1"-3" more wheelbase without changing your Spring or Shackle hangers! Or, change them also and get lots more wheelbase. This is a great step for Sammi's, Land Cruisers, Jeeps, pretty much anything needing just a bit more...

The kit comes with 8 - 4" x 5/8" grade 8 bolts that are threaded into the wings which are made from 1/2" plate so you have no fear of thread retention. Test them on your springs and then cut them to length. I would run about 90FT/lbs on them a dab of Loctite and call it good.

These are $120 a pair and come with everything you see here!

Your product looks really nice. Question: If one were to utilize the full 3" stretch what effect would they have in relation to axle wrap? I guess what I' fishing for would there be more or less of it due to their design?

Longer perches traditionally equal less wrap.

What happens here is the load is transferred to the strongest part of the spring helping lower wrap needs. It dosen't eliminate it but it is another step in the right direction...

I had a chance to speak with him on the phone and ordered a set of these perches for my 14 bolt swap. Nice fella, shipped quick, fair price, and very nice workmanship.
