Would any of you samurai guy be interested in a fiberglass replica version of this hood.....

Any fiberglass hood would be nice since there is a market for it. Really don;t need the hood scoop, but it looks cool on that rig.

I would be interested. I have been buying up all the hoods I can find because they are getting hard to find and my friend that runs the mod class koh sammy has ruined 3 of them. I would feel better about smashing fiberglass than a bunch of stock ones.

I'll look into costs. I need to fab up another hood for a base to start off. I'll post up when I'm ready. If there is enough wanting them ill get my vendor star and start selling them.

Dont get sam box'd. Try and figure out what the cost would be first. That way you dont end up with a bunch of time in something you cant move very fast.

Either way ill be fine....ill make on order and will have molds for replacement hoods for myself.

Yes with no scoop. Finding stock hoods is almost impossible.

If you need a stock one to make a replica of I have a spare you could use. How much do the peanut gallery expect to pay for a good hood?

I mean that. How much would you pay for a hood. Whats the price that would make you say "well I want one but thats to much" as is typical with anything for a samy.

Twisted customs fiberglass sells from $450 and up. That includes a grill. I would be willing to pay in the 300-350 range for hood.

Keep an eye on this thread...as soon as i get a couple built and figure out the time and costs in these hoods Ill post up and before i sell one I need to get my vendor star so Im not stepping on any feet here. Be patient.

Im thinking about three designs.... Stock....one with a hood scoop/cowl... and one with the cowl attached for the buggy guys.
