I have some custom Toy style flange adapters that I got from Mudlite years ago. I can take pics and forward them if you want. $75USD and they are yours - I'm not using them (Dana).

yes they do, only way to put them all the way through is to notch the zuk flange were it would come through. they have sold like hot cakes and not a complaint yet and I have been running them on a dd for 3 months and avg 185 miles a day with a v-6 for the power plant..

FYI, the solid axle Toyota's front CV shafts have a double cardan joint that will take more angle than an IFS toy's shaft. But you can clearance the IFS shaft's CV joints to allow just as much movement.

That particular shaft is actually an 86 shaft that was cut down.
79-85 as tntoy said have rouhly 30 deg in the cv vs.15 of an IFS truck. Mike the customers truck in the pic used what he had.. The adapters work on any toy front cv from 79-85 to bolt to small flange zuk. There is also a total of 4 different bolt patterns between these yrs 2 from 79-83 2 from 84-85 the adapter takes into an account for anyone of them. generally the 79-83 is a direct replacemt no shortening depending on your lift 84-85 was tad longer. Also we can adapt Toy rear shafts into the front of a zuk with the adapters

Kd7srj, The bottom two are mine, it's an 86 IFS shaft shortened 4.5 inches, I didn't have to clearance anything. It works fine. Those are wrangler springs with drop shackles in back. no binding and 0 vibes. I have better pics of it on the ground in use, but I'm to dumb to get then on here

They will work on a large flange if you drill the the large flange. to the small flange pattern. the hole will still remain the 10mm. I wont sell them to people with large flange generally because there are other options out there. You need to geta spacer of some sort on the ends because the pinion nut and case nut bottom out into the dimple of the shaft. So most people use a standard spacer and redrill everything. for there need. the adpaters just help the guys out a little quicker giving them a viable solution if you using the small flanges it is basically a direct bolt in with the 79-85 shafts you get into 86 and newer shafts you have to open up the shaft flanges just a little more. If you use the large styl flange you have to drill out the case and pinion flange to the small flange pattern (ie) 79-83 because 84-85 Toy pinion side is the amse pattern already. There are more combinations that most people think. So i dont usually try and get it all into one thread cause there are nay sayers I say let the product and customer speak for it, it works its there you want, I have, you want to come up with your own headache knock your socks off....
