Just build it on the truck. You really dont need measurements if you do it that way.

That´s seems really complicated......... Shrock, please take the time and effort to take all of the required measurements and make a detailed drawing for us. That way, we won´t have to.......... As for you, lazy noob..........

Diagrams?
The Diagrams that I used for my bumpers were green and George Washington on them.
If you are stock, bumpers are the last of your worries Buckaroo!

The point is not whether or not we have drawings of our shit, I have lots. Some like to just start cutting and hacking steel to see what happens and others like to have a pre-defined plan, at least to get started. I fall into this second group....... If asked in the right way by the right person, I would have no problem sharing my efforts. I have in the past. I should also mention that I have received drawings from others, including PBB members, so I would assume that I´m not alone in my potential for "giving". But making a public fawking broadcast for free info in your very first PBB message is not the right way, IMHO.........

well Said Billj.
Andy; If you have lurked like you have claimed, then you have seen countless fabricated bumpers on this BBS. bumpers ain't rocket science. look at some pictures, draw a few sketches, pick what you like and build it. If you had asked for material recomendations that would have been a good first post

Ok, first off I can see why you have no artistic vision. You used to drive a jeep. That will soon change as the Zuk community only has a few
warriors compared to the vast majority on the Heep scene. Just find a nice front pic of a sammi with no bumper and do some drawing on it. Heck I used power point to mock up my bumper! If you just mess around you never know what will happen. Look what Jim did with this crap! (sorry about that 4th pic. I used motos camera) ![]()
